Governor Of Kano Ganduje Got New Name In Addition To Gandollar, Kanovirus

The People of Kano has given the Governor of their state a new name 'Kanovirus'. The Governor of Kano State Abdullahi Umar Ganduje get another new name in addition to his name 'Gandollar' given on social media. The name Gandollar conjoined when his video appeared on internet that was seen putting US dollar in his pocket. On 9th March, 2020 Sunusi Lamido Sunusi was dethroned as Emir of Kano by Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State. Many people in kano and Nigeria didn't happy with the dethroned the Emir Sunusi Lamido. However, the People of Kano has given the Governor of their state a new name after the dethroned the Emir.

The new name is a conjoin of two names Kano and virus (kano + virus= Kanovirus) the sound is also similar with the deadly disease coronavirus that outbreak in China around October last year And spread to over 90 countries in the world.
